Clarissa Ocampo performs for Philippine Embassy’s National Day 2015 in Washington, DC

TFC brings FilAm mezzo soprano Clarissa Ocampo & Broadway star Jose Llana to the Philippine Embassy’s National Day 2015 Celebration in Washington, DC

No less than acclaimed Filipino Americans Jose Llana of Broadway fame (Rent, Flower Drum Song, The King and I) and mezzo soprano Clarissa Ocampo (La Traviata, The Barber of Seville) were tapped by TFC to be its performers at the Vin d’Honneur, Gala Reception and Patis Tesoro Fashion Show in commemoration of the 117th Anniversary of the Declaration of Philippine Independence presented by the U.S.-Philippines Society in cooperation with the Philippine Embassy in Washington, D.C.  The event will be held tomorrow, Thursday, June 11, at the prestigious Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center.  Aside from the performances and the Patis Tesoro fashion show, there will also be an exhibit of famed Filipino industrial designer Kenneth Cobonpue
